Noise Reminder

As the Spring days grow upon us, many residents will be tempted to open windows and allow the breeze in. Please keep in mind that noise travels. Even the sound of your television or radio can be a hinderance to your neighbors. Please be courteous of those around you. Happy Spring!

Leash Laws

When walking your dog, please be sure to have him/her on a leash at all times, except when in the dog park. Also, please be sure to pick up after your pet. This helps to keep our community looking beautiful.

Minor Maintenance Reminders

We all have maintenance issues from time to time that we would like repaired. It is imporant that we have them attended to in a timely fashion. In order to do this it is important to grant access to the maintenance team so that they may make the needed repairs. Also when you are calling to reguest maintenance, please be as detailed as possible. Your details help us correct the issue more quickly and efficently.

Pet Mess

It is a mess to see what pet's leave behind, not to mention the smell! So please be respectful of your neighbors and clean up after your pets. It is not a siteful thing to see what is left behind, nor is it fun to step in while out enjoying our beautiful grounds.

Clubhouse Construction

I am sure your are curious as to what is being built at our clubhouse. As we are excited to announce our new offices will be located at the clubhouse. They are scheduled to be completed by the spring. Keep an eye open for more information in the newsletter.
