Disposal Problems?

By simply taking extra care when using your disposal, you can avoid a number of problems. Remember: Do not put grease, hard foods, egg shells, or an excess of material down the disposal. If you do have problems with your disposal, do not hesitate to call maintenance to fix the problem.

Lower Electric Bills

With the summer months approaching, residents may be tempted to leave their air on all day. Lets lower our electicity bills by turning our ac up to 72 during the day. This way your apartment stays at an even temperature and you save money. This also prevents ac problems in the future.
